Who bills me for my electricity and/or natural gas supply?

Your local utility will continue to bill you for your electricity and/or natural gas supply.

Where will I see Hudson Energy contact information on my e-Bill?

Hudson Energy’s name and phone number will be displayed on your electricity and/or natural gas consumption line on your utility bill.

Will my account number remain the same?

Yes. There will be no changes to your Utility account number.

Will anything about my billing change?

No. There will be no changes to where or who you pay; you will continue to pay your local utility. You local utility will in turn will pay Hudson Energy for the commodity portion of the bill. This will be a seamless transition for Hudson Customers.

As a commercial customer, why will I be better off with Hudson Energy versus the utility?

Hudson Commercial Client Services will go above and beyond to make you a happy customer. They are very well informed of current market conditions and can offer good advice on what product works best for your business.

Will I receive reliable electricity and/or gas service if I switch to Hudson Energy?

Yes. Your transition to Hudson Energy is seamless! Your regulated utility company continues to deliver the power or natural gas to your business and will maintain the poles and wires, regardless of what retailer you select.

What do I do if I have an emergency or lose power?

Contact your utility. Your regulated utility company is obligated by law to respond to your emergency.
