R. Scott Gahn, was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of Just Energy in August 2019. Mr. Gahn has a long history in the deregulated energy industry, having served on the Electric Reliability Council of Texas board from 2005 to 2008 and having been involved in the sale of deregulated and regulated electricity and natural gas for over 28 years. He was one of the founding shareholders and Chief Executive Officer of Just Energy Texas LP, which was acquired by the Company in 2007. Following the acquisition, Mr. Gahn was the Chief Operating Officer of Just Energy until June 2011.

Kevin Malone is the Sr Director for NA Commercial Broker Sales and has been with the organization since December 2016.   As the Sr. Director of Commercial Broker sales, he is responsible for setting the sales strategies and initiatives for the Indirect sales organization. He joined the company with an extensive knowledge of the deregulated commercial energy markets through his previous experience in sales & sales leadership with another retail supplier.  Kevin previously held the role of Managing Director for NRG Business Solutions (Reliant Energy Large C&I) where he lead the Direct & Indirect Sales teams along with various individual sales roles during his time there.
